Generous breakfast, fab location, exceptionally clean place overall. Plenty of options for breakfast in the dining room. Modest room, that also was appropriate. The hotel was perfectly located for travelling through Eastbourne. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was unbelievable. Efficient service and a clean pool onsite.
Wi-Fi was awful.

Dismissive staff, unique location, everything was ideal. The room was newly furnished, well soundproofed & had a large bed. The breakfast was large, there were outstanding breads, cereals and scrambled eggs. Location adjacent to - seafront and pier. Moreover, it was perfectly situated, easy to get to Treasure Island Adventure Park.

Pretty much what I expected: absolutely charming hotel, well priced. Very convienient location, exceptional personnel and SUMPTUOUS breakfast. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. I liked an exclusive decor and classical furniture. Fast check-in and attentive service. A magnificent beach, breathtaking view.
